Situated on Lake Sunrise, the Bal Harbour campus

five and older. With only 44 units, Bal Harbour forms a
small but active community with amenities that are
more commonly found in larger complexes, including a
heated pool, shuffleboard courts, several common
spaces, and a large fishing/socializing dock. Most units
include boat slips on Bal Harbour’s section of Lake
