A Quality Rental Experience
The Bal Habour board of directors has established rental guidelines in order to maintain a high quality of life for owners and renters. These guidelines include: Renters must meet the 55+ requirements of the community Pets are not allowed in most cases The minimum rental period is 60 days Prospective renters must complete a rental application for review and approval by the board of directors Unit owners are responsible for providing renters with a copy of the association’s rules and regulations. Renters are required to comply with the rules and regulations as part of their rental agreement.

Board of Directors prior to the new residents moving into
any unit at Bal Harbour Chateaux Condominiums.
