Bal Harbour Chateau Condominums

The condominium complex consists of 3 sections. Building 960 on Apollo Beach Blvd. was built in 1969 and has 8 units. Building 1000 was also built in 1969 and has 8 units. In the early 1970s, none other than Guy Lombardo arrived to give a concert promoting the new Bal Harbour Chateau Condominiums, the first in Hillsborough County. 28 additional units were built at 1008 Apollo Beach Blvd. in 1972. Buildings 960 and 1000 have laundry connections in most units. Laundry rooms are on the premises at Building 1008. Monthly HOA fees are currently at $575 which include the following: Building & grounds maintenance, heated swimming pool, water, trash collection, structural flood insurance, pest control and grass irrigation.
